Anchoring directly into the wall, ceiling and floors is the typical method of attachment we employ. This method requires a clearwell or tank that can structurally withstand the loads involved – typically these clearwells/tanks are made from concrete.
If the clearwell is made of steel and anchoring directly through the walls, floor and ceiling is not an option a simple variation of the above method is used for attachment. Angle is first welded to the walls, floor and ceiling and then the curtains are then attached to the angle in the same manner as shown above.
In certain circumstances, when a clearwell ceiling cannot support a sufficient load. DLM’s Baffle Curtain System can be adapted to use chain and guide wires linked together by support columns.
Basically stated, DLM’s Baffle Curtain System offers flexibility throughout all phases of design, installation and implementation.
