DLM's Plus PP-Grade Pond Liners are made from a multi-layer Polypropylene (PP) construction. The material consists of a layer of PP webbing (rip-stop scrim) fused between a black layer and a blue layer of PP film. The scrim provides both tear resistance and dimensional stability. You choose which side (black or blue) you would like facing upward during installation. This material also has excellent UV resistance.
