We custom-make liners in a variety of materials for Aquaponics and Hydroponics applications.  The liners we provide vary widely from flat sheets that are folded into place to form-fitting liners with true corners, top flanges, outer edge skirts, integrated pipe boots, floor straps, etc.  Just as the designs vary widely so do the material options – we offer everything from general-purpose to fish-friendly to drinking water certified films (single-layer) and supported fabrics (multi-layer with rip-stop scrim). As you can imagine, with that many variables, all of these jobs require individual quotes but you need not worry, we have streamlined the process.

Breather bags are used to regulate pressure inside silos. When silos are exposed to the warm sun, the contents inside heat up expanding the gases inside causing them to vent out when the pressure reaches a certain level, the opposite is true at night when the silo cools, the air inside contracts and outside air is pulled into the silo. Traditional silos allow this interchange to happen freely with outside air and spoilage is typically increased. A sealed silo system, more popularly know as Harvestore brand, uses breather bags to trap these expanding gases from escaping by directing them into the large bags during periods of heat expansion and pulling this trapped air out of the bag upon contraction – this closed system greatly reduces the spoilage levels of the silage.

DLM Landscaping Tree Rings are donut-shaped flexible plastic discs that are placed around the base of a tree or plant and then covered with mulch. The ring provides a barrier that keeps weeds from growing up around the base of the tree or plant. Another benefit is that by creating an area around the base of the plant that has no weeds (or grass) you can actually save time while mowing your yard because you can virtually eliminate trimming time.

We have a variety of standard colors including red, dark blue, forest green, black, white and yellow.  All of our tarps are made from 10oz supported PVC with heavier grades available up to 28oz (and higher).  Optional 5/8″ I.D. stainless steel grommets can be added to help secure the tarp in place.
