The ‘Standard’ oil boom is 19″ high with a 12″ draft and comes in 50′ sections. Through our ability to customize we can provide custom-made oil boom in a variety of heights, drafts and lengths – 46″ high boom with a 36″ draft in a 100′ length as just one example.
We also offer options on the flotation method from the standard foam-filled design to an air cell. Ballast options are available as well.
All of our booms are made from 22oz PVC-coated polyester fabric with heavier grades available up to 28oz (and higher) and other material options are available as well.
Standard colors are yellow and orange but we also have other colors including red, blue, green, black, white and beige.
