This is a 5' x 5' pre-cut piece of 8oz Geo-Cushion

Geo-Cushion is an 1/8" thick (approximate) thick pad that is placed on the ground before your pond liner is installed.  It acts as a barrier to protect your pnd liner against punctures from rough surfaces on the ground (rocks, dirt clods, sticks, etc.)  NOTE: You should make every effort to prepare the ground to reduce/eliminate all sharp objects prior to installing any pond liner (with or wwithout the use of an underlayment).
