DLM's 17-mil RPE (20LT) liners are made with RPE, reinforced polyethylene. RPE includes rip-stop reinforcement embedded between multiple material layers, adding strength and tear resistance. Plus, this material is offered as black on one side and white on the other side so that you can choose your preferred color during installation. It is recommended that you use underlayment with this material and in many cases, you should also consider an overlayment as well and completely bury the product.
